Setup begins at 12:00 PM.

Event hours are 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Breakdown must be complete by 7:00 PM.

Saturday, October 10:

Event hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Breakdown must be complete by 7:00 PM.

Two-day Metaphysical Fair featuring approximately 25 vendors, including intuitives, healers, and practitioners.

Rental details:

Total cost: $800.

Rate: $50 per hour.

Deposit: $400, with a Square invoice sent to radiatewellnesskc@gmail.com.

Balance due 30 days before the event.

Daily end time: 7:00 PM.

Radiate Wellness handles setup and breakdown. Furniture can be moved but must be returned to its original layout. Tape or floor markings are not permitted. The conference room can be booked separately for $25 per hour online.
