Hello Vendors!

We love supporting artists and helping other small businesses thrive! Blip’s Vendor Market takes place every third Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM in our indoor event space. Vendor spots are limited and often fill quickly.

Blip Vendor Market Signup Information and Policies

Vendor Fee
The vendor fee is $20 per market.

When you sign up, you will be redirected to Square to make your vendor fee payment. The $20 payment acts as a deposit and will apply to the first market date you are confirmed for.

Waitlist
If a market is already full when you sign up, you may be placed on the waitlist.

If a spot opens and you are moved from the waitlist into that market, your $20 deposit will apply to that event.

If you remain on the waitlist and do not get moved into that market, your deposit will roll over and apply to the next market date where you are confirmed.

If you are waitlisted and a future market date does not work for your schedule, we are happy to refund your deposit.

Additional Market Dates
If you sign up for multiple market dates, invoices for additional markets will be sent closer to the event.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change dates, please email communications@bliproasters.com as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to a vendor on the waitlist.

No-Shows
Vendors who do not show up without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be removed from future vendor markets.

Vendor Spaces
Indoor vendor spaces are approximately 8 ft x 4 ft. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, displays, and setup materials unless otherwise discussed.
